As a Business Development Executive at Learn2Read, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong English proficiency (spoken and written), effective communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Your primary focus will be on sales, sales strategy, and sales management to expand our reach and impact in the literacy education space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Keep abreast of industry news and developments to stay ahead of the curve in the literacy education sector.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and progress towards goals.
