As Business Development Trainees, candidates will receive structured training across Sales, Marketing,
Business Development and HR portfolios, ensuring a well-rounded management foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- On-ground Sales & Outreach – Visit colleges, training institutes, and educational fairs to pitch Fixity EDX programs.
- Lead Generation & Conversion – Identify, approach, and convert potential students into enrolled learners through field visits and follow-ups.
- Relationship Building with HOD and Principal – Develop partnerships with college stakeholders to facilitate workshops, seminars, and bulk enrolments.
- Classroom Pitching Sessions – Deliver engaging program presentations in classrooms and seminars.
- Promotional Event Execution – Plan and manage promotional events/info sessions in colleges and skill centres.
- Daily Reporting – Maintain accurate logs of visits, leads, conversions, and feedback.
