Key Responsibilities:

Data sourcing and management:

● Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like linkedin, zoominfo, google search, and from offline networks of the decision maker from the civil departments of companies in the business of Banks, FMCG, Pharma, IT, Coworking spaces, Restaurant chains, etc. to form channel partnership with major brands to ensure consistent revenue growth

● Ability to work in a team and organize the day to day activities to achieve the targets ∙ Understand the client requirements and budget precisely to propose the service accordingly

● Distinguish our services from the competitors by displaying our value proposition through initial sales pitches, online presentations etc., and convert the lead to closure

● Build rapport with existing and potential clients, explaining existing and new capabilities, preparing customized proposals and engaging with them

● Understand the designs made by our architects and present confidently to the customers

Sales meetings:

● Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client

● Having effective sales meetings in order to:

○ Understand the planning and execution ecosystem of the client

○ Position Vishwanadh Architects as the best service provider by explaining the USPs and services

○ Generate requirements to empanel/onboard the client

○ Make the customer feel the additional value we provide as a firm

Sales proposals:

● Create presentations based on their requirements

● Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals and pre-event P&L

Sales Conversion:

● Negotiate win-win deals

● Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines

Client co-ordination:

● Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client

● Be the interface between the client and the operations team/design team from contract to completion of services.

Requirements:

● You have the hunger to learn and innovate new strategies

● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

● Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining vision of superior service and company branding

● Previous experience in business development in architecture/real estate field is an advantage

● Professional experience - 2 years minimum

● Qualifications - BBA/Btech/MBA graduates only
