Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard patients onto the Impact Guru platform with a deep understanding of their medical and financial needs.
  • Guide patients and their families through the fundraising process with empathy and professionalism.
  • Educate and sell MediBuddy health insurance products to eligible patients based on their needs.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with patients to ensure smooth onboarding and service experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, fundraising, sales) to ensure timely campaign launches and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and insurance conversions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for onboarding and insurance sales.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Healthcare, Business, or related fields preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in operations, sales, or customer supportpreferably in healthtech, hospitals, or insurance.
  • Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, etc. preferred).
  • Empathy and patience while dealing with patients and families.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in insurance or healthcare sales is a strong plus.
