This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, fostering client relationships, and managing accounts. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with the team to drive sales strategies, conduct client meetings, present proposals, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization by meeting revenue targets.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive revenue growth and secure new clients
• Strong skills in Communication and Business to effectively present, network, and build professional relationships
• Experience in Account Management to maintain and grow a portfolio of client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team while driving individual contributions
• Knowledge of the creative industry, such as graphic designing or media production, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
