Business Development Executive

Role Overview

Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients across Hospitals, Schools, Colleges, Corporates, Franchises, IRCTC, Airports, and other institutional channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors.
  • Drive end-to-end client acquisition and business development activities.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure business retention and renewals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and expand industry networks.

  • New business revenue growth
  • Lead generation and pipeline conversion
  • Client acquisition cost
  • Sales target achievement

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA/master's degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2- 4 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and analytical mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
