Job Description

Job Title: Senior Admissions Counsellor (BDE) - Inside Sales | Edtech | 4 LPA + Unlimited Incentives

Location: NSP (Pitampura, Delhi)

Experience: Freshers 3 years only

Working Days: Monday to Friday | Saturday: Work from Home

Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

CTC: Up to 4 LPA (Fixed) + Unlimited Performance Incentives

About the Role

This is an EdTech Inside Sales position. You'll handle continuous calling, follow-ups and conversions for program enrolments. The role is fully target-based, offering a fixed monthly salary along with attractive incentives - close more, earn more. If you enjoy fast-paced sales, high call volumes, and a performance-driven environment, this role is a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound sales calls
  • Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into admissions
  • Pitch and explain program details clearly
  • Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp and email
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate data

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Freshers to 3 years of Inside Sales / Tele-calling / Business Development experience
  • Experience in EdTech sales preferred
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and comfortable with high call volumes
  • Motivated, disciplined and performance-oriented
