This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and forming strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering strong business relationships. The candidate will actively participate in business development strategies to drive revenue growth and support overall company objectives.

• Strong experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
• Proven skills in Account Management and maintaining professional client relationships.
• Effective Business and Communication skills to present and negotiate with clients.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and implement business development initiatives.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in understanding business processes and translating them into tailored solutions.
• Experience in technology or process automation industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
