Job Summary
The role involves connecting with prospective customers, understanding their health insurance needs, recommending suitable solutions, and converting leads into long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect and engage with prospective customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans
• Follow up with leads and drive conversions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support customers throughout the policy issuance process
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
Required Skills
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge, including email, MS Office, web portals, and CRM systems
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach
• Experience in sales, telesales, business development, or insurance is preferred
