Job Title:Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

Experience : 1- 2 years

Location :Madurai (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, from prospective clients.
  • Explain company services clearly (thesis, research papers, journal publication, synopsis, etc.) and Work closely to understand client needs.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Keep records of sales activities and prepare reports using CRM tools
  • Suggest ideas to improve sales strategies and client satisfaction.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience:1 - 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the educational or research services sector.
