Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Ernakulam. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and driving long-term partnerships. The role requires building strong relationships with clients, presenting tailored solutions, and contributing to achieving the organization's growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong background in Business and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills for building and managing client relationships
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business strategy
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the SME and start-up ecosystems is a plus
