Job Summary

We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive who knows how to turn opportunities into revenue. This role is for someone who doesn't just generate leads but owns the full sales cycle, builds lasting client relationships, and consistently delivers against aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end business development cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads through research, outreach, and networking
  • Drive consistent pipeline growth through cold calls and direct field visits
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Understand client needs deeply and position solutions that create real business value
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and commercial pitches
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date pipeline using CRM tools
  • Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Flexible to travel based on client and business requirements
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Language to be known: Telugu, Hindi & English
