Job Summary
We are hiring energetic and ambitiousMBA (Marketing / Sales) Fresherswho want to build a serious career in technical sales.
Responsibilities
- Sell Split ACs, VRF systems, AHUs, Chillers, ducting, and turnkey HVAC solutions
- Meet builders, developers, hospitals, IT parks, factories, hotels, and consultants
- Generate leads through site visits and networking
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations
- Follow up with customers, negotiate, and close orders
- Visit 1015 customers/sites per week
- Coordinate with technical and project teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (Freshers preferred)
- MBA with technical background (Engineering preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong interest in field sales and business development
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-driven
- Two-wheeler is mandatory
- Willing to travel locally for meetings and site visits
- Must know the local language (as per job location)
