Job Summary:
As an HR & Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Managing HR and recruitment activities
- Generating high-quality leads
- Building relationships with potential clients
- Closing deals independently for our mobile application development, website development, and digital marketing services
You will work closely with management and delivery teams to support team hiring needs and expand our presence in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and networking
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US, UK, and Gulf countries
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and pitch customized proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals independently, ensuring seamless project handover
- Coordinate with internal teams after deal closure
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
HR Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for:
- Developers
- Designers
- Digital marketers
- Interns
- Job posting on platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and internal channels
- Resume screening and initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate with technical teams for final interviews
- Employee onboarding and basic documentation
- Maintain basic HR records and support team communication
Requirements:
- 34 years of experience in Business Development / Sales for IT services
- Prior experience in HR or recruitment (formal or informal)
- Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure
- Strong understanding of:
- Mobile application development
- Website development
- Digital marketing services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing
- Familiarity with mobile application and website development technologies
- Experience working in a small or growing IT company environment
