Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Business Development Executive specializing in Horeca Sales. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, contacting potential B2B clients, building and maintaining professional relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting tailored sales pitches, managing client accounts, and meeting set sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Proven ability in Business strategy and execution, with a focus on Horeca Sales.
  • Strong Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in Account Management to sustain long-term client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive approach, goal-oriented mindset, and strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in the Horeca industry or luxury wellness products is a plus.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team to meet business objectives.
