Business Development Executive

At Honey & Spice, we're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and building lasting customer relationships. If you're someone who loves interacting with customers and turning opportunities into business, we'd love to meet you.

• What you'll doAnswer customer calls and business enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide the right solutions.
• Convert enquiries into successful business opportunities.
• Generate new B2B, retail, and corporate leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order execution.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.

• Who we're looking for 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and messages.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Passion for sales, customer relationships, and business development.

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday–Saturday
