Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
- Identify apartments nearing possession, OC-ready projects, villa projects, and gated communities and generate qualified leads for complete home interior solutions.
- Build a consistent pipeline of new-home interior prospects
2. Channel Partner Management
- Build and manage strong local partnerships with:
- Real estate brokers
- Builder sales teams
- Channel partners
- Architects and civil contractors
- Create referral tie-ups to ensure a steady and repeat lead flow
- Maintain strong partner relationships for long-term collaboration
3. Project & Society Tie-ups
- Apartment associations, Builder sales offices and Villa communities
- Support possession-time activities, walkthroughs, and sample flat visits
- Coordinate with stakeholders during project handovers to maximize lead generation
4. On-Ground Execution
- Conduct daily field visits in the assigned zone
- Attend site meetings and follow up with partners
- Execute local activations and engagement initiatives
5. Lead Qualification & Reporting
- Pre-qualify leads based on:
- New home possession status
- Complete interior requirement
- Budget readiness
- Accurately update CRM with lead details and progress
- Share weekly lead generation and performance reports
