Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Executive cum Merchandiser who can convert digital leads into showroom visits, manage premium clients, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and the production team for seamless order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on leads generated via website, Instagram, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, and referrals

Convert digital enquiries into showroom visits and sales opportunities

Assist in client meetings and presentations with senior management

Guide customers through product quality, customization options, and design possibilities

Prepare quotations, offer sheets, and specification documents in Excel

Create professional client presentations when required

Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through consistent follow-ups

Coordinate with factory supervisors for production planning and order execution

Ensure approvals for design, finish, and specifications during order processing

Act as a bridge between clients and the production team

Support dispatch planning and documentation

Maintain organized lead trackers, order trackers, and production status reports

Required Skills

Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken & written)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline

Professional personality suited for premium clientele

Preferred Experience

25 years of experience in furniture, interior, or luxury retail sales

  • Experience managing high-value B2C clients and factory coordination is a plus
