Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Business Development Executive to support and grow our overseas key accounts(KA) while managing inbound enquiries from new international customers. This role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate closely with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing overseas key account (KA) customers.
  • Handle inbound enquiries from new overseas customers and follow up on business opportunities.
  • Coordinate quotations, product information, pricing, samples, and order arrangements with internal teams.
  • Support customers throughout the sales process, including pre-sales and after-sales communication.
  • Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Prepare sales reports, account updates, and customer feedback summaries.
  • Participate in overseas exhibitions, online meetings, or business visits when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, account management, sales support, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with international customers in English.
  • Able to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience in overseas market handling or e-commerce/export business is a plus.

  • Strong sense of ownership and responsiveness.
  • Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
