Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager, you will spearhead growth initiatives, lead the telecalling team, and build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including retail stores, VIP clients, marketplaces, and corporate buyers.
This role requires a proactive and strategic individual capable of driving sales through relationship building, creative initiatives, and operational excellence. You will act as a bridge between our brand and the market, ensuring seamless execution of business development activities and fostering relationships that drive sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the telecalling team to optimize performance and conversion rates.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with retail stores, marketplaces, and corporate clients for bulk or B2B orders.
- VIP Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and VIP customers, ensuring personalized and exceptional service.
- Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement creative campaigns and initiatives to drive brand visibility, generate leads, and increase sales.
- Corporate Collaborations: Explore and secure partnerships with corporates for gifting solutions or team uniform orders.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on sales, partnerships, and growth metrics to management, with actionable insights for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience:
- 4-6 years in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships in fashion, retail, or a related sector.
- Proven experience in building and nurturing client or partner relationships.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute actionable plans.
- Understanding of the premium fashion or menswear market is a plus.
- Ability to manage high-value deals and complex relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury fashion, retail partnerships, or B2B sales.
- Familiarity with marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
