Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Noida. The Inside Sales Executive will manage daily sales activities, including lead generation, customer engagement, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities involve identifying potential clients, creating and maintaining relationships, following up on leads, understanding client requirements, and ensuring successful closures to contribute to sales targets. The executive will collaborate with team members to achieve revenue goals and deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and Customer Service capabilities
• Sales expertise with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Proficiency in time management and the ability to work towards targets
• Basic knowledge of financial and business loan products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a sales-driven environment is an advantage
