About Radiolinq

Radiolinq is a healthtech startup building an AI-native ecosystem for radiology. Our platform brings together RIS, PACS, AI-powered reporting, billing, workflow management, collaboration, and teleradiology into one connected platform.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Healthcare who can help us expand Radiolinq across hospitals, diagnostic centres, imaging centres, and radiology practices.

What you'll work on

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned region
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, imaging centres, radiologists, and healthcare decision-makers
  • Understand customer requirements and their existing radiology workflows
  • Conduct product presentations and demos of the Radiolinq platform
  • Generate leads through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and market development
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Work closely with the product and implementation teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Track sales activities, opportunities, and targets regularly
  • Travel for customer meetings, product demos, and business development activities when required

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, medical technology, SaaS, or related industries
  • Experience selling to hospitals, diagnostic centres, imaging centres, or healthcare organisations
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand customer problems and clearly communicate the value of a technology solution
  • Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals
  • Strong follow-up and ownership skills
  • Comfortable conducting product demos and interacting with doctors and senior decision-makers
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment

Good to have

  • Experience selling PACS, RIS, medical software, diagnostic equipment, healthcare SaaS, or similar solutions
  • Existing relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, radiologists, or healthcare networks
  • Understanding of radiology or diagnostic centre workflows
  • Experience handling enterprise or institutional sales
