Job Description
DOJ: 11th November 2026 Locations: Gurugram / Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) from Day 1 Open positions: 75 Positions
Working days: 5 days working
Week Offs: Mon - Tues Work timings: 11:00 AM -8:00 PM & 12:00 pm - 9:00 PM (Depending on management)
Role: Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)
Experience: 1–5 years (Minimum 1 year of EdTech experience is mandatory)
Sales Experience: Mandatory Salary Bracket: 8.5 - 11.4 LPA
Age: Up to 31 years
Background: EdTech or a combination of EdTech & Non-EdTech sectors Role: Business Development Associate (BDA) Experience: 0–1 years Salary Bracket: 7 - 8.4 LPA
Age: Up to 29 years Background: EdTech experience or Freshers Education: UG: BTech (Tech), BCom/BBA (Non-Tech) PG: MTech (Tech), MBA (Marketing & Sales)
Please note: Candidates will be provided an average hike between 20 - 25% hike on their fixed pay. 30% hike will be provided based on the final round panelists feedback.
