Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with 23 years of experience in the education sector to lead school partnerships and program adoption.

The ideal candidate should understand the school ecosystem, be confident in institutional sales, and be passionate about impact-driven education solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with schools, institutions, and education networks to introduce Hapchi's programs and platform.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking, and build a strong pipeline of school decision-makers including Principals, Coordinators, and Management.
  • Present Hapchi's offerings in a consultative manner, showcasing student programs, parent sessions, educator training, and the digital platform as integrated solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings (in-person and virtual) with prospective clients, and drive conversations towards meaningful partnerships.
  • Negotiate and close deals while aligning with organizational goals and client needs.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand school requirements, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner schools, ensuring repeat engagements and referrals.
  • Represent Hapchi at education events, exhibitions, and conferences to expand visibility and network.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates, and consistently work towards monthly and annual targets.

Eligibility & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (Education/Business preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in sales within the education sector (EdTech / School Programs preferred)
  • Prior experience in B2B or institutional sales is highly desirable
