Role Overview

We are looking for motivated freshers and early-career professionals to join our Business Development team. This role provides hands-on exposure to IT sales, lead generation, customer engagement, and business development activities, making it an excellent opportunity to build a career in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and online channels.
  • Generate and qualify leads for ERP software and other IT solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and assist in proposing suitable technology solutions.
  • Support sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client follow-ups.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals and business targets.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in technology, software solutions, and IT sales.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
