Role Overview

As a BDE Intern, you will support business growth by identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, and assisting in building long-term partnerships. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales, recruitment consulting, and startup growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients (Founders, HRs, Recruiters, Startups)

Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach

Assist in pitching recruitment and hiring solutions

Maintain lead data and outreach tracking sheets

Support follow-ups and coordination with internal teams

Learn client requirement analysis and basic deal closure

Requirements

Good communication and networking skills

Interest in sales, HR, recruitment, or business development

Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional outreach

Self-driven, disciplined, and willing to learn in a remote setup

Freshers and students are welcome
