Role Overview

We're looking for a Business Development Executive who can convert residential solar leads into customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to homeowners, explaining value (not discounts), and closing deals.

You will work with warm inbound leads, conduct site visits, explain solar solutions, and help customers move confidently from interest to installation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits at customer's homes and housing societies in Pune
  • Explain solar benefits, subsidies, EMI / zero-investment options clearly
  • Present quotations and follow up till closure
  • Update lead status, notes, and follow-ups in CRM
  • Build trust with customers through honest, consultative selling

Who We're Looking For
  • 14 years of experience in sales / business development
  • Experience in solar is mandatory
  • Comfortable speaking in Hindi and Marathi
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Willingness to do site visits and field sales
  • Target-driven mindset with high ownership
