Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Coimbatore. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, as well as representing the organization in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications

• 1+-3 experience
• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management to ensure effective client partnerships and satisfaction
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, present proposals, and negotiate agreements
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development; prior experience in the hygiene or FMCG sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools is desirable
