We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and maintain client relationships to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and field visits
  • Meet potential clients and explain company products/services
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
  • Maintain customer database and sales reports
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Required Skills

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
  • Confidence in client handling
  • Ability to meet targets
  • MS Office and email communication knowledge
  • Team handling and coordination skills

Qualification

  • Any Graduate/Diploma

Experience

  • 1–3 years preferred
