We are seeking a motivated and experienced CREM Gold professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships in the Gold sector, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Gold sector.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on market trends and client performance.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote our services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-6 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the Gold or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with CRM software and data management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Jana Small Finance Bank, formerly known as Janalakshmi Financial Services, is headquartered in Bengaluru.
