Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. The individual will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand workforce needs, deliver solutions, and promote Globio's mission on an international scale. Responsibilities also include negotiating contracts, providing insights for market trends, and achieving set revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development skills, including lead generation, market research, and sales strategy development
  • Proven ability in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and client communication
  • Competence in market analysis, identifying trends, and capitalizing on new opportunities
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Self-motivation with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and software
  • Experience in international staffing or workforce solutions is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
