Identify and acquire new B2B clients, such as retail chains, cosmetic brands, pharmacies, and hospitality sectors.
Conduct market research to identify emerging beauty trends, high-growth segments (e.g., serums, acne care), and competitor pricing.
Develop and execute annual category growth plans, including revenue targets and profitability matrices.
Collaborate with R&D teams to identify gaps in the product portfolio and pitch new project ideas to clients.
Manage the full sales funnel, from lead qualification on brand website, social media handles, retail market chain, exhibition opportunities to close high-value corporate deals
Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build a pipeline of opportunities.
Coordinate with the production team for preparation of events / Exhibitions.
Handle all social media platforms, stand-alone marketing activities and enhance the digital presence of the brand.
Deep understanding of skincare/cosmetic ingredients, regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 Years of Digital Marketing, Sales & Marketing experience in any industry.
