We are looking for Business Development Executive for our Trivandrum Location with the following skill set,

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT staffing/services.
  • Client Acquisition: Prospect and acquire new clients needing IT professionals/staffing.
  • Solution Selling: Pitch tailored IT staffing solutions (contract, permanent, project-based).
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with client decision-makers.
  • Needs Analysis: Understand client tech/business needs to propose fitting staffing solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet defined revenue targets for IT staffing services.
  • Candidate Sourcing Collaboration: Work with recruitment teams for candidate delivery.
  • Proposal Preparation: Create proposals outlining service scope, benefits, commercial terms.
  • Client Communication: Regularly update clients on service delivery, address queries.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on IT trends, skill demands, and competitor activity.

Required Skills

  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to sell services and negotiate deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication for client interactions.
  • IT Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT technologies, staffing models beneficial.
