We are looking for Business Development Executive for our Trivandrum Location with the following skill set,
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT staffing/services.
- Client Acquisition: Prospect and acquire new clients needing IT professionals/staffing.
- Solution Selling: Pitch tailored IT staffing solutions (contract, permanent, project-based).
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with client decision-makers.
- Needs Analysis: Understand client tech/business needs to propose fitting staffing solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet defined revenue targets for IT staffing services.
- Candidate Sourcing Collaboration: Work with recruitment teams for candidate delivery.
- Proposal Preparation: Create proposals outlining service scope, benefits, commercial terms.
- Client Communication: Regularly update clients on service delivery, address queries.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on IT trends, skill demands, and competitor activity.
Required Skills
