Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for scouting fresh business prospects, nurturing client connections, and hitting sales milestones to propel agency growth. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for sales, excellent communication abilities, and a proven history of success in acquiring new clients within the digital marketing sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and industry events.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand the customer base.

Pitching & Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and customized proposals that outline digital marketing solutions (SEO, Social Media).

Client Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive retention and referrals.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

Education: 12th, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital services, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Meta Ads, and social media management.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Tools Proficiency: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills: Results-driven, persuasive negotiator, self-motivated, and proactive.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of qualified meetings set.
Pipeline value generated.
Number of new clients acquired.
Revenue growth achieved.
