Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Yelahanka Ward. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with partners to drive business growth. Key daily tasks include researching potential markets, preparing proposals, nurturing client engagements, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and account management.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Analytical mindset to assess and act on market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the technology or BPO industry is an advantage
