Business Development Executive

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience required: 2-4 years of recruitment sales for GCC/International markets

Identify and acquire new client companies across the UAE and Gulf region.

Pitch the company's recruitment and staffing services to international/GCC clients.

Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and propose customized solutions.

Develop market penetration and lead generation strategies.

Conduct industry mapping, market research, and competitor analysis.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Strong understanding of UAE/GCC business culture and hiring landscape
