Job Description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts, mentor junior team members, and contribute to pipeline growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in B2B sales, strategic prospecting, and stakeholder engagement. Experience in selling Salesforce and Zoho solutions will be a strong added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Outreach: Lead outbound prospecting efforts through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn with a targeted, research-driven approach.
  • Advanced Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT or similar frameworks).
  • Pipeline Generation: Consistently generate high-quality leads and build a strong sales pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Meeting & Demo Coordination: Schedule and coordinate high-value meetings or demos with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Mentorship: Guide and support junior SDRs, share best practices, and help improve team performance.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), track metrics, and provide insights for process improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Process Optimization: Identify gaps in the sales development process and suggest improvements for better conversion rates.
Skills & Requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills (especially with senior stakeholders).
  • Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline creation.
  • Strong resilience, persistence, and ability to handle complex sales cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to analyze prospect needs and ask high-impact discovery questions.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is a strong advantage.
  • Self-driven with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
Good to Have
  • Experience in B2B SaaS / IT services / staffing industry
  • Experience working with global clients or international markets
  • Experience in selling Salesforce and Zoho solutions
