Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and build a strong pipeline.
- Pitch products/services effectively over the phone to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and present relevant solutions to drive sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and close sales.
- Update CRM/database regularly with customer details and interaction history.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales support.
- Participate in sales training, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to improve performance.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Strong understanding of IT products and solutions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel locallyasrequired.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
- Good interpersonal skills with a convincing attitude.
