- About the Role
We seek a driven and passionate Business Development Executive to become part of our expanding team. This position is ideal for a graduate with a Bachelor's in Marketing who is enthusiastic about learning, supporting business development, and establishing a solid base in client relationship management and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits when required to understand leads, gather market insights, and strengthen client engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain records, reports, and client information using MS Excel and other tools.
- Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research. Perform cold calling to reach new prospects, pitch services, and generate interest.
- Support the sales pipeline through effective lead generation and qualification.
- Coordinate with the supply & procurement team as needed to ensure accurate information, feasibility checks, and timely client responses.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written.)
- Confidence and clarity in thoughts. Strong problem-solving attitude with a proactive mindset.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel. Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to travel for field activities when required.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic business environment.
