Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join us at Lineark Global. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth through a hybrid of strategic marketing and direct sales initiatives. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence overseas and domestically, managing digital channels, and executing campaigns that generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities with overseas and domestic clients through networking, cold calling, and digital marketplaces.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for product inquiries, providing regular price updates, product details, and resolving client queries regarding product quality.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales lifecycle from initial outreach to the efficient preparation and handling of contracts and documentation to ensure timely deal closure.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing programs across email, social media, and digital channels. This includes managing paid campaigns (Google Ads/Social Media) to maximize ROI.
  • Automation & Optimization: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and monitor performance metrics to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Content Strategy: Write, proofread, and edit creative technical content for various media, including blog posts, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Visual Assets: Create engaging digital content such as social media graphics and videos to be used across marketing channels.
  • Collateral Development: Manage the creation of brochures, website updates, and exhibit properties to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience demographics to identify new growth avenues.
  • SEO & Analytics: Perform keyword research to optimize website content and utilize tools like Google Analytics and MS Excel to track traffic and generate performance reports.
