Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive Bakery Sales to drive B2B and B2C sales. The role involves acquiring new clients such as hotels, restaurants, cafs, corporate offices, and bulk customers, while also handling walk-in and direct customer sales. The candidate will closely coordinate with the Manager, Chef, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through B2B & B2C sales for bakery products.

Pitch and sell bakery products to hotels, restaurants, cafs, corporates, and large institutional clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.

Conduct field visits across Mumbai to meet potential and existing clients.

Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.

Coordinate with Manager, Chef, production, and dispatch teams for order planning and timely delivery.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.

Support promotional activities, tastings, and product sampling if required.

Ensure excellent post-sales service and client follow-ups.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong B2B & B2C sales experience (bakery / food / FMCG preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to interact with senior corporate stakeholders and hospitality clients.

Comfortable with field work and extensive travel within Mumbai.

Good coordination and teamwork skills.

Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.

Eligibility & Experience:

Minimum 14 years of experience in bakery / food / hospitality / FMCG sales.

Graduate in any discipline (MBA Sales/Marketing preferred).
