Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at FloorWalk in Indore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Job Responsibilities

Your daily interactions will be with CXOs and Senior Managers of various brands from Retail, Automotive, F&B, Hospitality, etc.

The job is to understand their requirements in terms of market research and auditing, plan and document a solution, design a commercial structure for the project and negotiate and close deals

Customise and close deals for opportunities from large companies

Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities

Building business relationships with current and potential clients

Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, and conferences

Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database in CRM and generating reports for decision-makers

Making multiple calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process

Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software

Brainstorming and researching new ways to reach out to potential target groups in different markets and geographies

  • Content research and calendar maintenance
