About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us grow our business by generating new leads and converting them into clients. Both freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
The candidate should have good communication skills and should be comfortable talking to clients and understanding their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through calls, networking, and other sources
- Connect with potential clients and explain company services
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Maintain proper records of leads and client conversations
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Basic understanding of sales and business development
- Confident while speaking with new people
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a target-based environment

- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with 06 months experience in sales or business development will be preferred
- Any graduate can apply
