Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with strong experience in IT sales within the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate should be highly confident in client handling, lead generation, and client acquisition, with the ability to convert prospects into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, networking, and referrals
Handle end-to-end client acquisition for IT & recruitment services
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers
Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for closures
Prepare proposals, rate cards, and service agreements
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals independently
Maintain accurate client and sales pipeline data
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
Track market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
13 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
Mandatory experience in the Recruitment / Staffing industry
Strong client handling, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven ability in lead generation and client conversion
Experience selling IT recruitment / staffing services
Confident in interacting with senior stakeholders
Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset
Good to Have
Existing client network in IT hiring
Experience working with MSP / RPO / direct clients
Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools
