Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Promote overseas recruitment services to employers across various sectors.
• Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely delivery.
• Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
• Follow up with clients and ensure long-term business relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Experience in recruitment or consultancy sales is an added advantage.
