Job Description – Business Development Executive (Field)

Location: Mumbai

◆ Job Summary We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to generate business, handle client interactions, and support sales growth in the earthing and electrical solutions segment.

◆ Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients in industrial and construction sectors

• Generate enquiries and follow up for conversions

• Prepare and share quotations with clients

• Conduct site visits and client meetings

• Maintain daily follow-up and sales records

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution • Achieve assigned sales targets

◆ Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience (electrical/construction preferred)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel within Mumbai

• Basic knowledge of electrical/earthing products (preferred)

◆ Salary & KPI

• Salary: As per industry standards + incentives

• KPI: Target achievement, follow-ups, new client acquisition
