About the Role:
Business Development Executives to join our field sales team. This role involves direct client interaction, property site visits, and managing real estate inventory while working closely with developers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct property site visits with prospective buyers and investors
- Follow up with clients to drive timely decision-making and closures
- Maintain and regularly update project inventory (pricing, availability, offers)
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate (MBA preferred) with 1-4 years of experience in real estate or field sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with field work
