Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-drivenBusiness Development Executive (Field Sales)to drive business growth in the Coimbatore region. The role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to client acquisition, with a strong focus on field engagement and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline within assigned territories
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Understand client requirements and propose customized business solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for business expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
Educational Qualification
- MBA (Marketing) / BBA / Any Graduate with relevant sales experience
Experience & Core Competencies
- Proven experience inField Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development
- Strong expertise inLead Generation, Prospecting, and Client Acquisition
- Demonstrated ability tonegotiate and close deals effectively
- Good understanding ofbusiness operations and account management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
- Prior experience inindustrial sales / consultancy / services domainis an added advantage
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively across industrial areas
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Fluency in Tamil and English
