Job Role & Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and managing HoReCa clients (Restaurants, Cafs, QSR Chains, Cloud Kitchens, etc.) through proactive communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in the HoReCa segment (Restaurants, Cafes, QSR Chains, etc.).
- Make initial introduction calls and schedule meetings or sample deliveries
- Communicate effectively through calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand client requirements
- Build long-term business relationships and maintain continuous follow-up
- Share product details, quotations, and coordinate for order closures
- Handle Key Accounts and ensure client satisfaction through consistent service
- Collect feedback after sales to improve customer experience
- Maintain a database of clients, leads, and order pipeline
- Work closely with the factory and logistics teams for smooth order execution
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business
- Strong follow-up and relationship management ability
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Good understanding of the sales process and customer handling
