Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Indore. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads through various online and offline channels, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients. The role involves conducting discovery calls, understanding client requirements, and collaborating with internal marketing and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and presentations. The person in this role will manage and nurture client relationships, support contract negotiations, and ensure smooth handover to account management teams for ongoing service. Daily activities include market research, tracking competitors, maintaining accurate CRM records, and reporting on key sales metrics to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
- Solid Business acumen and understanding of digital marketing services, performance marketing, and brand growth solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including client-facing presentations, negotiation, and clear written communication.
- Experience in Account Management or client servicing, with a focus on long-term relationship building and cross-selling.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, or tech services environment.
- Comfort using CRM tools, prospecting platforms, and basic productivity tools (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in sales or digital marketing are a plus.
